"I believe the hotel it’s quite new from its facilities. The room is clean, and they have hardwood floors instead of carpets which I prefer. Staff are friendly. The hotel is very close by a large mall, around 3 mins walk. Don’t expect much view from the room, it’s mainly surrounded by roads. Sound proof though, can’t hear the traffic at all. "The furniture in the room is super dated but it is clean, extremely spacious, has a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer and everything was in good working order. The view (on the bay) was fantastic. Pressure in the shower was great, hot water immediately. The only issue we had was that the AC temperature did not seem to go up when we wanted it to, it just stayed at 23C, which was too cold for our baby but we turned it off and opened the window and that was fine. "Check-in staff was unexperienced and couldn't find my reservation for quite some time. Had to seek help from other staff. So spent quite long at check-in. Otherwise in general the hotel is fine."
