"What a lovely property! Our room was so elegantly decorated, with a little bouquet of fresh flowers, water, and a variety of K-cups to choose from. The bathroom was beautiful, and the shower...wowowow. I want that bathroom for myself! The bed was super comfy, great pillows. And although it was too cold to enjoy the porch, it would be perfect for people-watching during the warmer months. If you are going to Broad Ripple, consider a stay at this quaint boutique hotel!"

"Honestly the whole stay was pretty decent. Great location to lots of dining options. My only complaint is my room needed a new iron. I was running late for a business meeting and attempted to iron a white shirt which was quickly ruined by the rust stains on the bottom of the iron. Other than that, i would rent again and maybe bring an iron!"

"It was nice enough and very quiet. However, the couch in the living room was probably the worst couch I have ever sat on. It was extremely uncomfortable and unfortunately it was the only option for watching TV. There was not a TV in the bedroom, so you are forced to use the terrible couch. "
