"The hotel has a very luxurious feel to it, set over multiple levels with lots of greenery and views out to the sea. The staff are all friendly and helpful and can't do enough to make your stay as good as possible. The hotel is well located with a short walk to restaurants and shops, although it is located on a hill so it is a little challenging to walk back to after a visit to the shops! Overall, a great stay and would happily return!"

" Nice hotel and nice big territory, very green. Hotel staff is great! Amazing breakfast. - There are smoking areas in the hotel, but it seems that the staff is okay with people smoking on their balcony which was very annoying to us as we were not able to sit on our balcony due to smoking nearby. The dedicated smoking area is very close to the sun loungers. - Some rules are not well explained, for example, if the water in the room is complimentary. "

"Over het algemeen een goed hotel met lekker eten en vriendelijk personeel. De kamers zijn basic en het enige echte minpunt zijn de liften. Er zijn er maar 4, en soms is het erg lang wachten. Gelukkig zaten we op het 1e en konden we veel met de trap doen. Een pluspunt bij half-pension is dat je diner kan switchen met lunch. Dit kan handig zijn bij bijvoorbeeld de Teide by night tour.
