"At two occasions, I sent emails to the property asking simple questions, such as whether I'd need an extension cord to hook up my CPAP machine. Although I wrote in perfect French, on both occasions, my e-mails were ignored. I found this so rude, I almost cancelled my reservation for another property. I'm glad I didn't, because the property is pleasant and quiet, and their superior rooms are quite comfortable. Breakfasts are decent (I was offered scrambled eggs the 2nd, but not the first day)....

"Excellent stay. Very comfortable room. Great location. Even after I checked out I had to go back because my phone had been stolen and the staff did so much to help me with WiFi and even a drink to calm me. Can’t say too many good things about the staff and their kindness. Will definitely stay there again if I get back to Liège. Thank you!!!"

"Stayed here last month also for one night. This time stayed 2 nights. Love the lockers with locks keyed to door card. Privacy for individual beds with cubicles and curtains. However, the shared kitchen needs more towels and / or paper towels for cleaning dishes and counters. AND someone made a mess in the microwave BOTH days. I cleaned it first night just so i could use it but did not think it my place to do so again the second night. Security camera not working? Does housecleaning do...

"Le personnel était agreable. il y a une belle cage d'escalier ainsi que des ascenseurs. Il y a une machine distributrice au rez de chaussée et un petit dejeuner dans un bistro connecté. Le seul defaut est que les chambres sont petites, et la peinture des murs quelques fois écorchée. La cuambre etait toutefois tres bien rangée et propre donc ça me va."
