"The property was obviously recently redone and the staff was fantastic. Especially Daniel and Serge at the bar and beach respectively. Also the spa facilities were outstanding. Great recommendations from the staff for dinner options off the property. Dinner at the hotel was not great. Also we were charged a 50 daily resort fee...which came as a surprise on check out. Beach was great."

"Princess heights was a beautiful hotel inside and out. Our room was perfect with a great view. We received the best customer service and housekeeping while we were there. "We lived the area , walked everywhere. So many food options and very short walk to beach, like 3 minutes. Only downside was this listing said breakfast included , it was continental, eggs and bacon were 7 euros extra. We had a cook top so we just bought a couple dozen eggs and cooked our own. The other thing was they listed laundry facilities and there were none, laundry service yes but 7.0” euros per piece meant we did laundry in the sink. "Downfall no staff in morning to speak to except cleaning staff. Our last day we had a flat tire and I could not connect with Hertz via phone. "Lovely host. Fantastic communication. Incredibly accommodating, without having to ask. Offered us an early check-in and a late check out, as we were between houses and somewhat homeless.
