Spa services were not as advertised, and had to be booked an hour in advance, and were not the same hours as listed - closing at 6PM instead of 9PM, with massage having to be booked even further in advance. "When I arrived there was no one at reception. Eventually a nice French gentleman came but couldn't find my booking. He did give me a room but had to knock on my door to get to sign in. I always ask for a quiet room. My room faced directly onto the busy main rod outside with trucks and buses etc. passing by all night. At 8.00 am or so they started construction inside the hotel with screaming drills and sawing noises. Never again at Wiking Hotel"

"We enjoyed our 3 night stay in the Rosengarten Hotel. This is a quaint boutique hotel in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to a few restaurants. The rooms are small as in most German hotels. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of options and the hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are warm but the windows open and we backed onto a beautiful courtyard. Parking was available for free. "
