"Brooks & Dawn took care of us over the weekend with a Multitude of Customer Services Second to None. We have been coming to Naggs Head Inn for the last 5-6 years and the Tradition will continue if their Services Remain the Same! We Love the Naggs Head Inn and their Staff and will be back next year. Our 1 complaint that doesn’t effect this Survey is Our Shower Curtain in Our Bathroom was a foot to short and the floors were very wet which we cleaned up every morning. Buy a Longer Shower Curtain...

"The place feels brand new, and the amenities are everywhere. Convenient, walkways and porches right on the beach. the breakfast area is separate with plenty of options and extremely clean and neatly kept. The lady who managed it was cleaning tables and the floor after each guest left. I will be back again in summer to avail of this wonderful facility "

"Good hotel for a quick over night or 2. Stayed here in March weather wasn't quite warm but good enough for a beach trip. I took a dog and all pets stay on first floor. Hotel is right on the beach and close to many restaurants. Liked that they had an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast is paid so we didn’t get any, staff checked us in easily and were friendly. It’s not a fancy place but it’s a good stay and love that every room has a balcony. Would stay again "

"It was in between Beach Road and the Main Road which made it very convenient to either cruise along the ocean or get to where I needed to be quickly! The hotel was very nice and clean! The wait staff was VERY attentive and friendly! I would recommend this Holiday Inn Express to everyone!"

"This property was a last minute find and we could not have been happier with the experience from start to finish. The convenience of booking and while we were there from the staff was excellent! "Super clean, everywhere - in their facilities and in the rooms. Room obviously had newer flooring, furniture and fixtures, but the structure, hvac, and showers desperately need updating. Room had a musty smell, likely from the age of the building and the old hvac vents and piping. Thats really my only complaint. Beds and furniture were comfy, the amenities - their quality and abundance - were outstanding. Towels were actually soft, as was the toilet paper. Customer service was above and beyond....
