"We were a family with young children and stayed at Villa B, which was a standalone 3-floor loft-style apartment. It worked really well for us - bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds and ensuite bathroom (including bathtub, washing machine and heater for clothes drying). The second "storey" was a small but well-equipped kitchenette, with a seating area. On the third "storey" was a loft with two sets of futons available. Villa A is closest to the road so we did hear the occasional vehicle passing by...

"The property itself is amazing. The room is very specious with kitchen and laundry facilities. The private onsen and foot bath on the balcony are bonuses. Very close to train station and not too far from 7/11. However, the check in process was a nightmare. "北館を利用させてもらいした。荷物搬入用の駐車スペースは入口は狭いものの自分的には問題無しでした（車種はハリアー）しかし南館併設の駐車場はすごくわかりにくい。日が落ちるタイミングだったので見辛く何度も通り過ぎてしまい周辺をグルグル周りながらなんとか辿り着きました。北館にも駐車スペースが確保できたら完璧だったと思います。そんなことより家族は大変満足しておりここの系列の他のとこも行ってみたいと言ってます。また利用したい施設になりました。 1個気になったのは部屋に大量の殺虫剤があり、虫が多い時期に来たらちょっと大変そうだなって思いました。"

"I booked 3 days to stay in this property. We decided on the first day that it is not for us and refunded the last day. Cons: To start, the walk to the property is the furthest walk on the entire street practically only up hill walking. It is quite annoying to get anywhere if you want to leave the property. "Second leg of two stays still very satisfied"

"Large space in Hakone and very reasonably priced. Good for large groups of fit, young people. Recommended parking is up a very steep hill and stairs to second floor are a little narrow and steep. The house was otherwise clean and comfortable."

"We had a very brief stay and it was clean, comfortable and as described on the website. Very happy. About 8-10 min walk from train station, beautiful walk over the footbridge. Only issue is lack of restaurants after 19:00 and we never received our code to check in to the room-luckily staff was onsite to quickly assist!"
