"Lovely warm and friendly welcome on the Saturday, Sunday breakfast staff not as friendly or speedy. (My breakfast was cold). Room was cute, clean and had everything we need, shower was hot, (toilet seat very wobbly.) Would stay again, good location, great views and value. "

"Great find. We only stayed 1 night. When and if we’re the area again I will definitely stay again. Only recommendation I would make as we arrived when getting dark, a bit more signage on the roadside to make it easier to locate. Other than that we’ve no complaints. Pod was first class, stylish modern and very clean."

"This is a stunningly beautiful hotel with amazing views. I was a bit apprehensive as it was my first time travelling with my 7 month old dog but the staff and owners were fantastic. The hotel is spotless. Smells amazing. There is a large enclosed back garden for dogs to run and enjoy. 5 resident dogs who are all beautiful and love to play. "We loved the view out the window, the separate entrance to our bedroom, the spacious bathroom with the heated towel racks, the breakfasts were delicious and the common areas with fireplace were cozy and welcoming. Avril does a great job making people feel at home. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Pear Tree Hill B & B."
