"Stayed here for a work trip and picked this hotel mainly because it provides access to their fitness center which did not disappoint. Properly itself is nice and quiet. The room felt outdated but I think that’s the vibe of the hotel, traditional style. The bed frame though was wood and it was cracking on the floor, there were noticeable big chunks of wood peeling off which did not give the best impression. Unsure if I’d stay here again."

The gym equip is very outdated And perhaps the most annoying: for a TOGO order from the sunrises shop or the restaurant, it’s not enough to give your name and room number for a room charge, you have to be carrying your Drivers license. "Its unfortinate that the pools close so early. And i had difficulty using the mgm app to get a digital key for both of my rooms. Was only ever able to get 1 of the digital room keys to work. I also paid for early check in for both of my rooms. One was ready and allowed us to check into that room early. The other i paid for, but the room was not ready for early check in until an hour before regular check in time. Wasnt refunded for that, but other than those 2 things, we enjoyed our stay "

"Hotel well located and really convenient to visit NY City. Despite being central the hotel is quiet. Hotel staff is really helpful and friendly. Room was clean but carpet of our floor landing area needed refreshing. Food option of breakfast was limited and not good value for money. Better to have breakfast outside."

"I’ve stayed here a few times, it’s good! They upgraded my room size for free which was nice but there as a dirty towel in my room. The room wasn’t super clean but it was fine. The food at the restaurant in the hotel was very good! But the service was slow. After about 12 minutes of waiting for a spoon, my ice cream was melting so I had to go find one. "
