"The hotel itself is very nice, but the room was just ok. For the amount of money paid per night, the room was pretty bare, nothing special about it at all. The only thing that made the hotel worth the price, in my opinion, is the fast passes that were included for the parks. Overall, it was clean, ok enough, and I would stay again, but only for the fast passes. "

"As golfers and great fans of the late Arnold Palmer, we have always wanted to visit Bay Hill golf club. It was just a short stay but it was very nice to visit his famous golf course. The staff were great. The room was lovely. The bed very comfortable. "

"Property was in great condition. Front desk was very welcoming. Lobby area was inviting and well stocked bar. Pool area is average. Property, overall, gets very positive reviews. 911 call was made and mistankenly gave our room as the location. After talking to the police officers who responded and front desk personnel several times we were still not even offered an apology for the inconvenience. I think this could have been handed more professionally. "
