"Grand Hotel Excelsior is beautiful, elegant hotel not far (5 min walk) from Valletta's City Gate entrance by the Triton Fountain. "We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and it was good for our 3 nights. The room was small but comfortable. For older, less able, folks it was a steep walk up to the main streets of Valletta.
