"AMAZING!!! Best hotel I’ve stayed in NYC!! Well located , comfy, super clean, friendly staff including housekeeping..they even offered extra towels and if I needed anything etc when I was going to the elevator because I didn’t request my room to be made. Super nice!! "

"The hotel is beautiful and service was great. The first room we were in had pipe issues in the bathroom that sounded like someone was in there banging on the pipe all night. We were moved to a new room that was much smaller (no price decline though), but at least no banging pipes. We never had hot water in the shower so every shower was freezing. Also a little disappointed about a $40/day facilities fee even though no facilities were used. "

"Shared bathrooms are secure and plentiful, although sometimes oddly shaped. That's uniquely NYC, which I love and miss about my home city of 22 years. No need to worry about strangers entering bathrooms. Use is by key card and availability, similar to guest rooms. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Building is aging but still in great repair."

"I booked a studio suite at the Radisson Wall Street. I chose this hotel because it is located near the Staten Island Ferry and wanted to walk there the next morning at 5:00 am to take the ferry to the NYC Marathon. When I arrived at the Radisson the front desk told me that my booking was transferred to the Holiday Inn Lower East Side approximately 5 trains stops away.
