"This hotel is nice and is right on the beach. Don't listen to the negative reviews. Of course it needs to be remodeled but who cares. The room was nice, bed was soft, hot water, food was great, drinks were so good, location was perfect. A grocery store is a short 10 min walk. The hotel staff was so nice it was my birthday and they treated me like royalty. I will book this hotel again it saved me thousands of dollars compared to the other hotels."

"Very romantic, great customer service, anything you ask for they will go above and beyond to try to accommodate. The scenery is beautiful. We were in one of the furthest cottages and loved the privacy and the frogs and waves crashing at night we could hear even with the door closed it was like a natural sound machine. We never went hungry and it was so nice having table service for every meal. Highly recommend!"

"Galley Bay Resort is absolutely gorgeous. It is almost as if you have the beach to yourself. The staff is the most friendly and accommodating we have ever experienced. The food in any of the restaurants is exceptional and the food service is superb. Our room was large and very comfortable right on the beach. "Very nice property, upkeep very nice. It looked beautiful. I didn’t particularly like the bed. It was very comfortable but height was too high. "

The pool was a nice spot to hang out. The room was HUGE. The staff was very friendly. It was super easy to get a quick cab ride up the hill to Sandals when we checked out. "Very relaxed and great room and ambiance a place to unwind."

"I liked so many things about Curtain Bluff. The beach area is beautiful and all of the activities are within easy reach. The food was diverse and delicious. A new dinner menu every evening with wonderful choices. Everybody was extremely friends, including the people who were also vacationing there. I loved the open-ness of the public areas, so it was cool and comfortable without being air conditioned. It was a great spot to relax or keep busy."
