"Only issue we had, was a room door that didn't close tightly. This was do to the ongoing remodel I believe. And it still locked and closed. Just had a lot of movement once closed. Everything else was great and we had no other issues at all. Everyone was very nice and friendly and helpful."

"We stayed here for the Eagles parade and it was absolutely perfect. The beds are super comfortable and the apartment was roomy and had everything that was needed. For the prior complaints about noise, I think it's somewhat unrealistic of expectations. It's in a dense part of a major city and will have major city noise. Having grown up in Philadelphia and staying with two five year olds, we had no issues with noise during sleep. Would gladly stay here again."

"Easy walk down 2nd st to Old City. Loved having the 2 bedroom apt with my family. The sound machine was great, i put ours near the front door. I think the windows in our rooms were fantastic bc we hardly heard the traffic; you moreso hear others in the building. I would def stay here again! "

"The property is beautiful and we really loved the location. Unfortunately, the fact that there is no parking nearby was a problem. The closest garage parking was almost a mile away at the Constitution Center. It was very inconvenient and when we arrived late at night it’s was a far walk in the dark. Our other complaint is that the upstairs neighbors were very loud all through the night. One of the bedrooms back up to the metal stairs and when someone walks up them late at night it is...

"The room was exactly like the pictures. It was clean and well maintained. The building itself made the stay a 4 instead of a 5. Walls were very thin so we could hear the TV from the apartments on both sides clearly and the loft feature meant it was tough to heat resulting in the room being on the cooler side. I am not upset I stayed there. Location was ideal for what we were looking for and having a kitchen was wonderful. "

"The hotel was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel room itself was nice, but also dated and had paint peeling off the ceilings and walls in several areas. The service was good; however the valet parking was incredibly slow and the cost was added to the “total” from hotels.com - I even asked at check in to ensure the parking was included. I was told it was paid for in my reservation, but it was not and added a lot to the cost - in addition to extra fees not discussed when booking. "

"The lobby is beautiful and the room was relatively clean. However, the common areas reeked of marijuana and were not in great shape at all. All of the staff were A and answered all of our questions with a smile. Fantastic job Parking isn't included with the hotel, even though it's attached to the hotel. they should explain this a little better but, there was a slight discount for paying at the front desk rather than the garage.
