"The hotel is in a very central location with views of the leaning tower - it’s great to be able to walk around the key areas straight from the hotel. However - I’m not sure 4* is a fair reflection. The rooms and public areas are badly in need of an upgrades. Another point to consider is that driving into the hotel is a nightmare - avoid! We had a place in the car garage at the hotel which they helped us to find (very kindly)- but was very tight and the roads are to be avoided. We also had...

"Absolutely amazing stay. Hosts were very gracious and attentive. Picturesque neighborhood and plenty of different restaurant options. A 15 minute walk to the Tower of Pisa. Available free pastries and snacks at anytime day or night. The lobby/sitting room was peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast spread was magnificent and was surprised it was included with the room stay. "

"Our flight arrived at 10pm so we decided to stay here for our first night in Pisa. Very convenient location from the airport. Welcoming staff at reception, even late at night. Clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed and plenty of towels. Only downside was that we were unaware that we had to pre-order breakfast the night before, so we were unable to have any breakfast at the hotel in the morning. Good experience otherwise."
