"Amazing stay last week. Staff were very friendly. All areas were very clean. One thing you always worry about with all inclusive is the food and I can say it was amazing. Every night a different theme night and all really good standard. "

"Lisa is very helpful and responsive. Great service of hospitality. We have the luck to have our room upgraded to pool side. The whole experience is enriched. Everything is clean and sufficient in our room. Free parking on streets or public car park outside the property is convenient and safe. The location is not in the centre but there is no problem because we have rented a car. Few options on restaurants and a mini store is within 5 minutes walk."

"Great location, close to bars, restaurants & a supermarket. Ideal base for exploring El Cotillo and its beaches. Studio apartment was large, with a comfortable king sized bed. Nice roof terrace with small pool and great views. Check in was via emails & key collected easily from a lock box. "

"Beautiful high quality new apartment. Loved the roof terrace with the bath and balcony with sea views for the spectacular sunsets. Swimming pool was great but also very close to sandy beaches. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Apartment serviced daily and new bedding alternate days. Loved the resort of El Cotillo with old port with its bars and restaurants. Only downside was the building work in the resort."

"Bra läge. Nära matvarubutik och en hel del restauranger. Gångavstånd till corralejo centrum och närmaste strand. Gott om solstolar vid poolen. Badrumsavloppet var det nästan stopp i och dörrhandtaget något trasigt. Inte så illa så vi klagade i receptionen dock vilket ursäktar dem. Ett bra boende för 2-3 personer. Kan komma hit igen!"

"Great property for a quiet getaway. Nice food and drinks. Friendly staff members. Good value for money you pay for your stay. Would recommend. "

"Ok place good size rooms, close to town centre in Caleta. BUT the pictures are out of date, no shop area, a bar that closes at 3.30pm, and if you are not into aeroplanes, the hotel is right below the flight path to the airport a mile or so away so can be very noisy"

"Es kommt ja immer ein wenig darauf an, was man erwartet und wie man seine Ansprüche im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis setzt. Wir waren jedenfalls super zufrieden, obwohl wir eine der noch nicht renovierten Einheiten hatten. Es war sauber, die Anlage ist super sympathisch die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Lage zum Strand (3 Minuten) und zum Ortszentrum (7 bis 8 Minuten) ist optimal. Wir waren echt super zufrieden."

"The check in was different, the number on the email I got did not work, so once we arrived one of the numbers we called answered, not long to wait at all before we could go in to the house, this was good. The shared spaces were not clean and the system of not washing anything and waiting for the people managing the property to set off the dishwasher meant there was limited items that could be used. "Very friendly staff throughout, very welcoming. Very pleasant experience all round. Free tea, coffee, water in-room and the included evening meal was great - local cuisine. There were a few quirks which didn't spoil my stay at all but worth a mention if the hotel can do anything to improve: the curtains in the room didn't quite meet in the middle, there was a very noticeable plastic bed-protector under the sheet, the dining area is not as well decorated as the other areas - mostly of the hotel...

"This was our 3rd time in this hotel, and we couldn’t ask for better! Good size bedroom with a fantastic balcony and even a kitchenette, spacious bathroom. Breakfast and dinner options were good considering the price range of this hotel. Location very convenient, 10mins from the airport and well connected to both north and south of the island. We can’t wait to go back next year!"
