"We were last minute booking a stay in Lexington, Kentucky. This property came up with a decent price in the vicinity of my husband's appointment the next day. Little did we know until we were almost there, we had stayed at the hotel 16 years before. my husband had served in Iraq and upon coming home his unit offered a marriage retreat weekend, and covered the hotel, which was Embassy suites! It was a nice evening of reminiscing about that weekend where we both feel is when we were able to begin...

"We have been staying here the last 2 years for Ky football games and the customer service has always been impeccable. This past weekend I received a text from the about an hour after checking out that I had left a Yeti & phone charger in the room and they would be happy to hold until the next trip or mail to me. They could have easily just put it in lost & found or just taken it but they went out of their way for us. Highly recommend. "

"Rooms were spacious and clean. Room cleaned every day, unlike other hotels. Only down side is noise from rooms near and above you. We were awakened every night at 1am by people up one floor from us. Could be lack of carpeting in rooms so noise of walking is not muffled. This happened every night of our 4 night stay. Otherwise a very nice place to stay. Great breakfast provided every day."
