"This is an outstanding hotel with nice accomodations, friendly staff, and excellent location at a great value. The pool and spa are nice, and the breakfast buffet is a great start to the day. It is conveniently located to the bus transportation to all of the slopes, and is an easy walk from the train station. The room itself was very clean and modern. Our family was truly delighted with our stay. If you are considering, don't hesitate!"

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"Lovely little apartment with a fantastic view. Only issue is that the advert states that there are 10 steps from the road but there are nearly 40. "

"Everything was perfect with our stay. We are a traveling family of 5 with 3 teenage boys. Skiing was excellent and the food was awesome! The chalet had plenty of space. It was definitely worth the trip from Nebraska USA."

"The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings."

"The apartment I was given was clean, well equipped and had an amazing view…not sure if this ‘view’ is guaranteed so I will refrain from saying what the view was but you can guess. "We definitely enjoyed our stay at the Eva apartments. The gentleman who assisted us during our stay was very friendly and helpful. The option to do laundry on site was a nice touch. Our room was also well equipped with the basic necessities and made it easy to prepare meals in the room if needed. Will definitely stay here again in the future. "

"The Place is Great!. We are 5 and rent an apartment for 6. Plenty of space. Supper well equipped with quality stuff. Beds are great! Nothing to complain. Downtown for groceries is 10 minute walk with no issues. The best is to be at 100mts from rental and Gondola to start your day. Aso great when you finish your day with storage for skies. If I come back to Zermatt, will be back here no doubt. "
