"Very nice hotel. Good quality. Good service - but, not as great service as in other Ritz-Carlton hotels. Club lounge/Retreat area not really worth it. The pool and the breakfast is great. But, coctail hour is only one coctail pr day (only one type) and not food with it. Basic selection of drinks during the day. Lunch hour some food - but not very good quality. "The Hotel amenities were superb. The room was clean, and they kept it clean every day. The all inclusive is good, but the variety of food could be better. "Had a lovely 7 nights here end of Feb, and very much appreciated the adults-only affair here. Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel). "Great views and the staff were super friendly. Did not experience any queuing issues that others have mentioned. Facilities were clean and surrounding areas were serene and relaxing. Food options are plentiful and there’s something for everyone if you have picky eaters. Had a small issue in the room with the AC (normal wear and tear) but was promptly taken care of. Very happy with everything and would highly recommend. "

"Staff were so friendly and welcoming. We don’t speak Spanish but were made to feel so welcome and were listened to if we needed anything. It was a well kept hotel with spacious rooms and a lovely pool area, the kids pool was a hit. The food was a bit hit and miss and we didn’t get to sample the different restaurants as they weren’t open during our stay. Would definitely go there again."
