"The hotel is located within easy walking access to restaurants and stores. I stayed for three weeks and it suited my needs. Rooms are small, but adequately equipped. There was no coffee maker in my room until two days before checkout when one showed up unrequested, which I found odd. The buffet breakfast is over-priced for what is available around the area. "Arrivés en avance (vers 13h30), nous avons déposé nos bagages à la réception. La chambre était disponible à partir de 15h. Très bel hôtel. Personnel très accueillant mais attention tous ne parlent pas Français (Notre traducteur portugais sur tél a été très utile). Penthouse n°502 MAGNIFIQUE ! Belle terrasse qui donne sur le Douro et le pont Luis. Magnifique la nuit! Chambre spacieuse, moderne, joliment décorée, bien équipée et très confortable. Propreté, calme .
