"I was too anxious when i booked at this property then read the reviews. I was worried that my family will not be comfortable and won't enjoy our holidays. "Check in was slow as room wasn't ready even until about 4pm so we had to wait at the lobby for about an hour which was a bummer as we had rushed to end our half day tour by 3pm. Hard to figure out where our room was from the map as we had to head outdoors and identify the right building. Dinner timing is a little restrictive as need to prebook a timeot and it's difficult to get the time slot you want on the first day since those who stayed the night before would have done it way...
