"Good sized car park. Comfy bed. Air con was noisy, couldn’t have slept with it on but accommodation was fairly quiet overall. Had an evening meal, food was good value and very tasty. Quite a noisy and lively vibe in the bar/restaurant with the tvs showing sport but it felt friendly. Staff were very friendly and polite. Would stay again."

"As the hotel location information (map and local access info) was about the King's Arms in Colchester town on the Hotels.com website, I initially went there where I was told that I was at a wrong King's Arms and that they did not have any rooms. "This was a very fun and historic hotel. It had a lovely bar and restaurant. It is close to mass transit and we were able to walk to the train station.
