"The rooms were huge, although looked quite worn but we got used to it, it also didn't have many basic amenities making things tricky, but the staff were helpful. The breakfast wasn't self service though and took a while to arrive, and when it did , it was underwhelming , we ended up eating out anyway. "

"Happy for the price. Pool was closed despite 31 degrees but it was November. The hotel is in line with the standard to expect and if you are a first timer you may feel it is lacking in ways. Go without expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised. The staff at the hotel were great and helpful. It was quire at night and taxi to the main square is 5 euros. I would recommend this hotel on price and location. Parking is easy although I don’t advise renting a car as driving in Marrakech is...

"Loved their breakfast and their warm welcoming staff. The rooms were very spacious and the hotel features modern furnishings and a trendy style. Wish we could have stayed longer to get to know the vicinity. It was convenient for a late arrival and close to the airport."

"When choosing a hotel, I always look at the photos, read reviews and find hotel proximity to down town. Usually hotel photos can be a little deceptive, not this time. 2Ciels was a beautiful boutique hotel, clean and the service was outstanding. Amenities were great! We took advantage of their spa services which were excellent and so was the laundry service. Their free breakfast was a delicious spread and their wait staff was very accommodating. Highly recommend 2Ciels."

"Relax hotel is in a fantastic location with all amenities shopping centre restuarants gym and other great things to do! Situated on a great complex with everything you need within walking distance and very safe. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again"
