"I booked a last minute stay for one night for my mother, son and myself. Communications were excellent before arrival, parking in hotel car park was easy and check in was efficient. As it is a listed building there is no lift which was an issue for my mum who struggles with stairs ( we were on top floor) but for myself and son, it was fine.
