Less positive: Although our room was fine the decor in the corridor and the door to get in were pretty grotty.This is a pub and although it was quiet on a Tuesday night I imagine it could be noisy at the weekend. "The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff were warm and welcoming. We stayed on a Wednesday which is steak night so if you want a meal there make sure you book first as it was very busy. It was also a bit pricey .Went for a lovely Country walk for an hour or so around the area till it got dark. Only down side was breakfast. I only book a hotel where breakfast is included but here you only have cold breakfast (which was ok & good choice) but if you want hot food or a good old fry up, you have to...
