"Only complaints were lack of parking and/or door access on the sides and back, had to walk all the way around to the front, no big deal except it was raining. Also, our room had only A/C no heat, it was freezing cold, BUT the front desk gave us a portable heater during our stay. Otherwise very nice, great access, friendly staff, we would stay there again."

"We always stay here when shopping and visiting Kansas City....it's def our go to, but unfortunately this time we had no working hot tub and NO a/c (had switched central system to heat). Our room got up to 78-79 degrees but front desk did offer a box fan. Otherwise breakfast is delicious, comfy rooms, small bathroom, but overall a decent place for the budget."
