"The first night I stayed in the Roman room. There was quite a bit of hair on the bathroom floor and sink. The housekeeper left her cleaning rag on the shower chair in the bathroom. Also, there was something smeared on the toilet seat almost like an ointment...The second night we stayed in a different room and it was much cleaner. "

"The property was in a great location, only about 6 or 7 minutes from a large shopping/ dining center. The staff seemed to clean around the clock. Very friendly and helpful. The room we were staying in was a good size and spacious enough for 5 people. There is a small exercise room available to use. Also, breakfast foods available in the Lobby Area. Overall, a decent stay at a decent price. Would stay again, if in the Kansas City Area."
