"Hotel was excellent and staff where the same but didn't understand why there wasn't a hashtag on the main door because if you didn't have a smart phone you wouldn't be able to get in"

"Friendly staff, very spacious room, comfortable bed, good shower room. A few ‘teething troubles’ - one of the sockets providing power to the coffee pod machine not fixed to the wall, toilet roll had been wet and left to dry out - not acceptable. Coffee pod machine is a waste of time! Parking right outside door of hotel was great, easy downhill walk through little streets to main area. Very nice breakfast. Convenient for 1 night stay before catching ferry."

"We stayed overnight as our ferry back to the UK was midday. It's about a 10 minute drive to get to the Ferry port. Hotel had good size beds, nice hot showers and the food in the café was decent standard at a good price. We travelled with our dog who was allowed in the cafe, which was a bonus for us. There's a restaurant with an outside terrace which we didn't see or use as the weather wasn't good enough. Staff all friendly. Would certainly stay here again."

"On arrival at 13.00 we were told that we could not have our room key until 14.30. Fair enough although most hotels that we have stayed in have been flexible on this point. Asked if they had a room for luggage while we went for lunch. No but we could leave it in the lounge. We left it and decided to go out for lunch. when we returned at 14.30 we were given the key to our room which was on the second floor despite requesting a lower floor room. "サンタンデールに行く途中で宿泊しました。とても親切なマスターは英語も堪能で、親切に見どころやレストラン情報を教えてくれてとてもありがたかったです。部屋も綺麗で家族で泊まるのに十分でした。ディナーはありませんが近所の素晴らしいバルやレストランを紹介してくれます。朝ごはんはパンコントマテとコーヒー、ハモンにチーズととても美味しくいただきました。パレドールに泊まるのもいいですが、当ホテルのようなこじんまりしたホテルもマスターとの距離感が近くて良い思い出になりますね。皆さんも機会があればぜひ泊まってみて下さい。オススメです！"

"The room was exactly as you might imagine for student accommodation in that there was a bathroom, bed, desk and kitchen area. The kitchen had a large fridge with small freezer compartment and there was a microwave and oven top. There were some utensils in the cupboards too. There is a Mercadona about 5-10minutes walk away and a bakery and cafe about five minutes away too. There is a bus stop immediately outside the accommodation. The walk into town takes around 40 minutes and it is very hilly,...
