"I am disappointed by the staffs service they are not attentive to our need etc room is hot and when we ask them to make the room cold it was not met and when we ask them to assistbus to get transport to airport it was not met"

"This is tricky: - The location is excellent, very close to the metro and to so many things within walking distance (shopping, food, sights, etc). - But the hotel is 30 years old and it really does show. They are renovating it, which is a good move, but that made it unbearable for us, with noisy drilling literally right outside our window (we could look the workers in the eye!) and in rooms nearby. Some of our party have medical conditions that were triggered by the noise. - But the hotel staff...
