"The hotel is located about 10 mins walk from Shinjuku Station and being near the Kabukicho area, there is abundance of food and shopping. You can also easily walk to the biggest Isetan store, Disney flagship store, money changers, etc. The hotel rooms are on the compact side with limited storage space for your luggage. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Perfect for people travelling in pairs. Fortunately for us, we booked 3 rooms for a family of 5."

"Really enjoyed having artwork exhibited throughout the property, which was a very unique feature. Great views of Mt. Fuji and Tokyo tower from the lobby and our room. Staff was excellent upon arrival, assisting with our departure and also quickly retrieving some items we'd left in our room after checking out. "Nice ,neat, clean, compact but not too small room in the heart of Shinjuku. Spoke English well. Parking is limited but easy in and out. 5 to 10 minutes off the highway system. "

"Its right at Shinjuku JR station. Just exit from the South Gate and walk down the large pavement from eggslut to starbucks and shake shack. The hotel provides trolleys for our luggages. There is no bottled water, but you can have a free flow from the water dispenser at every level near the elevator. There is also an ice dispenser. The airport limousine bus comes directly to the hotel. Its so convenient. There is Takashimaya and Tokyu Hands just opposite the hotel, no need to cross any road..just...
