"11/10. This hotel provided so many comforts and amenities (free water bottles and help yourself carts) for free. This has been the best hotel experience I’ve ever had, everything was so accommodating. The only inconvenience was having to take two separate elevators to reach my floor. Other than that, everything was clean, perfect, respectful, and so comfortable. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shinjuku Granbell! The room we chose was small, but we came in expecting that so we were not shocked or disappointed. This hotel is conveniently located close to convenience stores, subway stations, and plenty of restaurants and nightlife, but it is still quiet. The hotel staff was helpful when checking in and gave us a list of restaurant recommendations that we used throughout our stay."
