"Pools and bars and food spots close way too early. Food was ok. Great at some spots and terrible at others. Beach was always closed. Property is gorgeous and there is so much to do at the connected attractions. It’s overwhelming you can’t do it all in 4 days. MAKE RESERVATIONS THE FIRST DAY FOR THE WHOLE WEEK! Don’t eat at the “show” food spot. Bleh. "

"Above and beyond service from all staff in the hotel, Pedro and hector at the pool bar and luis taking the nice cold drink to us always with great enthusiasm. At the sport bar Carlos was amazing treated me like family. Definitely recommend this resort. We were there for Halloween and they had a great event for kids and adults my kid enjoyed it."

"The hotel is beautiful and has a nice pool/beach area. It is safe and has 4 restaurants to choose from. The staff is very attentive and the rooms are great. The location of the hotel is off the main strip, so you would need to take a cab to town or restaurants. Not really walkable. "
