"We booked two rooms and arrived at 2:50 pm, they only had one room available. Also the pictures are of two hotel that are attached by a pool area. Not sure why they also use the other hotel photos on the listing. The rooms need improvements, they are run down. Also very noisy all day and night."

"Nice quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle of main town and within 10 minute drive from the main town and souks. Dominique was extremely helpful and advised me not to book any trips because he knows reliable tour/taxi operators who are very reliable and offers excursions much cheaper than other main tour operators ( and that saved me quite a lot of money). "Had a junior suite with a private roof terrace that was beautiful. The decor was great and the restaurant delicious. However, they barely speak English and are apprehensive to even give you extra towels. We requested two extra and they made us give them two used ones in exchange - what hotel does that? There were a few other service issues and lots of language barriers. If you want luxury my recommendation is to stay at a different hotel that understands the concept better. "

However We got an email the day before arrival which claimed that the hotel could provide pickup from the airport but when we landed in morocco, the hotel claimed they did not provide this service which was very annoying as we were initially told that they would.
