"This is actually a really great hotel. It's far enough out of the centre to have reasonable air quality (a major problem in central areas of Marrakesh), although this means you need a car/taxi to get into town. Lovely, tranquil landscaped setting. The pool was warm enough for a pleasant swim at the start of December. Food in the restaurant is really good. Good breakfast, too. Pleasant, friendly staff. A good choice for Marrakesh!"

"This resort was absolutely incredible! From the check-in service to the rooms and lobby decor and comfort. The breakfast variety was terrific as well. Besides that, their artistic lounge and variety of bars/restaurants was also fantastic. Outside of the resort, there is a mall at walking distance and the medina isn't too far away either with taxis easily available too. "Room was not available upon arrival and hotel was fully booked. Poor management"

"From start to finish our experience was a DISAPPOINTMENT!!! On arrival we were allocated the rooms. However, we paid for an upgrade and staff did not know what that meant and specified all rooms were the same. We reverted back to our Expedia voucher to show what we had booked to be then informed the rooms were not available. We had to show the images on the website to show what we had booked. after some time we were then provided with the upgraded rooms we had paid for. Only one room was ready...
