"The hotel has a great ide. A resort on the outskirts of the city. They just need to maintain the hotel a little better. We enjoyed the pool and the activities. The food was pretty average. I hoped for better but I did find stuff to eat. The drinks at the bar were below average. The coffee was terrible. The cappuccino was instant. They have a great coffee machine in the bar but that had limited hours. The main area had terrible coffee. Alas, the beautiful gardens and pool made the trip."

"We mostly enjoyed our stay there, all of the staff were very nice, I loved that they always refilled our water & drinks for us when eating. Food option was ok. We enjoyed the entertainments. They responded to complaints about our room swiftly. I didn’t like that the music near the pool was too loud, made it difficult to have a quiet afternoon nap. I also didn’t like that when checking out, they delayed us for about 15mins because they thought we stole one mug & wanted to take our deposit because...

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the people working there. However, the place it is situated is not very touristic and was unexpected. The breakfast was not really appealing. I would not recommend the hotel to someone who wants a relaxing holiday, it isnt a place to relax. Indoor of the hotel is beautiful though. Rooms arent as comfortable and the cleanliness would not be 100% I feel they should include televisions into the rooms."
