"The hotel looked very run down and cleanliness was the main issue I can pinpoint that definitely needs a lot of working. the TV remotes were all dirty with sticky stuff. the kitchen appliances were dirty and needed rewashing. house keeping did minimum effort to clean the room."

"Nice big rooms and breakfast choice was good .... great for the price. Mall of Emirates is very close by as are 2 metro stations. Staff were absolutley terrific from recption, restaurant to Spa and pool Team. Very helpful and kind... they work so hard to make stays enjoyable and relaxing and they were always helpful and smiling .... amazing for price and will be returning. "Big sized apartments, we stayed in a one bed apartment which one had stand in balcony which we were slightly dissapointed with. Kitchen is well equipped however they do not have a toaster which i was slightly dissapointed with. Bathroom is little dated don't like the fact they have shower curtains. Staff are very helpful. Location is great as its close to MOE and easy to get onto the main roads. Overall was a good stay for what we paid for. "
