"Nice big rooms and breakfast choice was good .... great for the price. Mall of Emirates is very close by as are 2 metro stations. Staff were absolutley terrific from recption, restaurant to Spa and pool Team. Very helpful and kind... they work so hard to make stays enjoyable and relaxing and they were always helpful and smiling .... amazing for price and will be returning. "The hotel looked very run down and cleanliness was the main issue I can pinpoint that definitely needs a lot of working. the TV remotes were all dirty with sticky stuff. the kitchen appliances were dirty and needed rewashing. house keeping did minimum effort to clean the room."

"The apt hotel is in a very good location, The Mall of Emirates is within walking distance along with grocery stores. The staff was really courteous while checking in and at all other times. The room was nice and very clean and was a reasonable size. "

"Hotel Apartments was good locations and staff very good. But the TV not working and very small one .the hotel need some service inside the room and yhe smiles very bad inside rooms. Most important not the windows very bad QUALITY BECAUSE YOU CAN HEAR ALL NOISES FROM OUTSIDE THE STREET. "
