"They refused to acknowledge my booking via hotels.com for $25 per night. I had no choice but I pay €28 to them for the night instead. That guy even told me that I had to stay for 2 nights. I said “No way”. There was no towels or shampoo. The place smells like sewage at times due to the heat and humidity. Checked out at 11 pm for the airport. Located in a deserted place with no real restaurants or shops. I wouldn’t recommend this place even it’s $10 a night. "

"We are a family of 4 with kids 14 and 15. The pool and lazy river we just wonderful. Make sure you book your restaurants as soon as you arrive or in advance if you can. While the main buffet was top notch, it was lovely to eat a different setting most evenings. The staff here are on it, friendly and welcoming.
