"We are a family of 4 with kids 14 and 15. The pool and lazy river we just wonderful. Make sure you book your restaurants as soon as you arrive or in advance if you can. While the main buffet was top notch, it was lovely to eat a different setting most evenings. The staff here are on it, friendly and welcoming. We did a 2 hour deal in the spa as family which was great, you can negotiate with the them. I recommend. Kids were kept fairly busy with boule, volley ball, water polo, gold etc. Not loads...

"Understaffed both check in and checken out. To noise with late night music and screaming childen. Food was average at most. Paper thin walls can hear all your neighbors. To pricey for all these issues."

"Beautiful apartment but sitting by the pool there so many flies (covered in bits)the shops in the hotel are very expensive.there is no shuttle to the airport and no regular buses to take visitors into the town (its all taxis )which charges what they like.its all different price's."

"The property is a bit ran down, rooms are clean however the bathroom water smelled extremely bad in my room. The beach and pool are very nice. The food/drink servers aren’t very pleasant despite giving a tip, not attentive. All other hotel staff was excellent. Food was good. Very reasonable price for hotel. "

"They refused to acknowledge my booking via hotels.com for $25 per night. I had no choice but I pay €28 to them for the night instead. That guy even told me that I had to stay for 2 nights. I said “No way”. There was no towels or shampoo. The place smells like sewage at times due to the heat and humidity. Checked out at 11 pm for the airport. Located in a deserted place with no real restaurants or shops. I wouldn’t recommend this place even it’s $10 a night. "
