"Great property to be in and relax"

"Excellent property, far exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to sea view room at arrival without even asking. The front desk staff, Ricardo, Ana and Ines were extremely polite and helpful. The staff arranged a boat tour of the coastline immediately upon our arrival so we could take advantage of the weather. The only suggestions we have would be to improve the Azur Bar service and food and on notifying the staff they immediately addressed it. Breakfast options were excellent and views...

"The hotel was a bit large and rambling. Small overused elevator so people were expected to use stairs. This was difficult for my husband who has a disability. Wish I would have known before. Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of retirees stay there. "
