"We stayed for two nights before we left for an Alaskan cruise. The Bear cabin was wonderful. We arrived to a fridge stocked with enough for us to make ourselves two gourmet breakfasts. Unfortunately, we had to leave extremely early the first morning to go ice climbing, but to our great delight, there was oatmeal and fruit available for a quick breakfast. "Very roomy with couch and second tv. Lots of plugs that are accessible for charging phones, etc. Don’t have an elevator so have to carry suitcases upstairs. The bellhop was very accommodating and carried the big suitcases up for us so really not a big deal. I definitely recommend!!"

"When we arrived late at night after a long flight we were met at the door by a man that told us the hotel was closed for renovations. What a shock to find out you don't have a hotel rooom in the middle of high season. He said someone should have called us to let us know. We did not get that call.
