"The staff and management team were amazing! We had a red eye flight and arrived to the hotel at 8 AM. The manager in charge said check in was as at 4 PM but he would do his best to try and get us a room ASAP. Well by 10:45 AM we had keys to our room and that showed me the team here really cared. Thank you Eliot hotel for an amazing stay! "
