"This is the perfect location, with lovely suites and balconies overlooking the ocean. There is a small fridge and kettle and a safe. It has a small grocery store at the side of the building, a washer and dryer for client use, a luggage storage room, a pool and lounge area and several bars. It is steps to the beach and to the boardwalk with an endless line of outdoor cafes, restaurants and bars. There is lots of street parking and is beside a free parking lot. The staff is very helpful."

"Really nice property across from the beach. Room was comfortable and refurbished. We had 3 steep steps down into the bedroom as soon as you opened the door, which made dealing with luggage challenging (would have been nice to know). The pool area lovely and the bar and restaurant good too. The Sangria was expensive. Most of the double rooms that describe a “sea view” are facing the pool with a side view of the ocean. Would definitely return. Better than expected. "

"I stayed in a single room at this property. The room was just the right size for one person. The staff are all multilingual and very helpful. I was able to leave my bags before I went to the airport in a safe room. The pool and outdoor facilities are gorgeous. There is free yoga and pilates. I went to the pilates class and it was great. The bus to the old town of Palma is right in front and is an easy commute. This is a big German party area, so it recommend this area for young people looking to party. "
