"Great location, nice and small boutique and lovely staff"

"Enjoyed my stay here! Really beautiful building with a lot of original features. Comfortable beds, warm showers, though could do with more bathrooms and the one in the dorm I stayed in was very small. Lots of spaces to sit and chill. Staff very helpful and friendly. Central to Barranco area (across the road from a supermarket!) and cheap to get a taxi elsewhere in Lima. Do take earplugs - the street outside is noisy!"

"Great location, service, staff and facilities at a fantastic price! This property was an incredible experience for the price. The room was small and cozy but provided all the needed amenities. Located near the center of Barranco, it was an easy three block walk to the ocean and close to everything you need including good restaurants, markets, etc. The entire place is clean and welcoming. and the included breakfast is made to order (including fresh squeezed orange juice). The staff was warm...

"I had to cancel the reservation and look for a different hotel because they left my father waiting to open the door of the building for 3 hours. My father had his heart medication inside and had to call the police and fire fighters to let him in. When he got in, he picked up his bags and left. Something to mention, there is no reception personnel on site, they lock the front door, the shared bathroom door has no lock so anyone can open while you are using it, I've called Expedia to get a refund...

"Decent hotel, very friendly staff. Not alot within walking distance except 1 nice restaurant. Only complaint was bed was as firm as i have ever experienced. I ached like i had slept on the floor. Oversized firm pillows disnt help. Asked and recieved extra pillows that werent so firm which helped, but it wasnt good sleeping for either of us. I feel bad saying as the staff was so great"
