"Photographs of rooms are misleading. We booked an economy room and had to pay to upgrade as the economy room was a box. I was expecting at least a window overlooking the street. They my have to be clearer about what the rooms look like and have the right photo explaining very clearly what to expect. Staff are great and very helpful and profesional. "
