"We picked the Melia for its Berlin location. It was a very pleasant stay in this Spanish property. Every employee was pleasant and helpful, the room was most comfortable (with wash cloths in Germany!) and we very much enjoyed the hotel. The only downside we experienced was the Tapas restaurant. We visited twice. While they were open and had other customers, they seemed surprised to see us, needing to check before they could say they were open and serving food. "It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "
