"We were a full day late due to air travel. The staff was understanding and flexible. Jack was amazing working with Expedia to help adjust our days AND rates. Vallet was quick and even during a snow event, the car came out clean. Must be underground storage. "

"The staff was well mannered, well spoken, friendly and professional. Breakfast choices were excellent and the food was delicious. The room was huge and comfortable, and the fireplace added ambiance. The bathtub was a jacuzzi, which we didn't have time take advantage of. If your looking for a smaller, friendlier place to stay, The Mansion is what your looking for."
