We did have an incident where our concierge was pushing us to book a private transport downtown even though we wanted to take an Uber. Of course when it came time to pay none of the payment methods were working and all of a sudden the driver needed cash that was more than the agreed amount. None of the ATMs were working and we ended up having the exchange at the front desk. To make things worse, the concierge pleaded for us...
