"Staff was amazing! Truly felt like myself and my friend were VIPs for the entirety of our trip. My biggest dislike was the temperature of the room. It was locked to not go lower than 22 degrees C. The rooms felt very humid at night and was difficult to sleep. I’d suggest bringing a small portable fan or your own lightweight blankets. "

"I just want to take a moment to appreciate all staff everything you do on a daily basis making sure everyone is taken care of even on bad weather and hot conditions! Just you all know we all see your effort we appreciate you! The only thing that took me by surprise is the tour that turned into an membership advertisement. I think that there are times and places for that. One thing I would probably recommend is changing your menu. My observation was that I think you all been doing the routine a lot. Everything else was amazing room was incredible. "
