"We were surprised there are only two elevators for this property. One of the elevators was out of order for most of our stay. "

"Had excellent service from Enedino who help direct us with buses and directions to places we wanted to go. Housekeeping was great to our room. I brought some sane in and she cleaned it up, after I tried to sweep it into a pile. Everyday Belmans was so awesome! The Friday night meal was an awesome buffet with great atmosphere and cool band. The ocean was also great to play in along with relaxing areas. Our favorite activity was the Jungle Tours"

"Nice family resort, food is good, staff is very friendly and helpful. Plenty activities for kids and even has a drop in option with awesome activities. Nice spa for couples too. My only complaint it was the rooms needs update - stained walls, worn out showers. Cleanliness could have been better..but we also have been there in the busiest week of the year. All being said, I would still go back and definitely recommend to families. The ups supercedes the downs."

"The resort was beautiful and the grounds were immaculate. The staff were helpful and friendly. They made me smile when I came back into my room to a towel birthday cake, balloons and a slice of cheesecake for my birthday. I loved the size of the room, probably the biggest resort room I’ve ever had! I loved the beach at the resort also. The beach has 2 areas, both with a breeze to keep you cool in the sun. The buffet is beautiful with many choices. My partner enjoyed the Mexican tacos every night. I really enjoyed the Italian a la carte buffet they have inside of the restaurant. We also made use of the sports bar to watch the hockey game. The cafe in the lobby for coffee opens late at 10 am but you can get coffee at the buffet or the sports bar before that. "
